Hello again. Like last time I wrote, it's been a while. Mainly because this was supposed to be a weightloss/excercise/motivation blog, and since I don't actually do any excercise when I'm in England (except for walking and going to basketball practice on mondays) I've kind of ignored this blog. But now it's summer and I'm back in Sweden. I was supposed to have gone to the gym yesterday to buy a gym card. However, I sprained my ankle at basketball practice on monday so I'm going to wait until next week and let my foot heal.

But, I do have some good news to share with myself and the world. I weigh 20kg less than I did last year at this time. And I think that's amazing. It also means that I weigh less than I've done in probably 4 years. Can't know exactly as the earliest time I know what I weighed (sine 8th grade) was 2008 - when I started this blog. And then I weighed 129 kg; now I weigh 106. I think what I really need to do is to focus on not snacking all the time and keep on walking. Which is what has helped me loose the weight. I'm also going to join the gym to tone up. Especially my arms, and my upper body. I'm looking forward to perhaps next year this time come back and announce that I've lost another 20 kg. And you know what, if I have, I will be weighing what I did when I was 13/14. That would make me so proud. But I'm not going to live on false hope. This weight loss that I've had now came as a total surprise. But I'm hoping that England will be helpful also in the next year.

I have only one proper goal for this summer. And that is to weigh under 100 kgs on my birthday. But, bye for now.
