I know, I know. It's been way to long since I posted and thus went to the gym. But I'm making amends now. I have been to the gym today dispite the fact that my gympartner My decided that she was to tired (which I completely understand) I'm very proud that I managed to go anyways. Go me. So as always here is my Excercise regime for today and also, my food intake and calories, (they aren't perfectly calculated though, and I might have something more later on):Crosstrainer: Weightloss programme 20 minutes, 8.7 km
Hip abduction: 3* 12 / 32 kg
Hip adduction: 3*12 / 32 kg
Leg Press: 3*12 / 82 kg
Leg extensions: 3*12 / 32 kg
I was also supposed to do standing calf and a few minutes cool down on the treadmill, however when I did my very last leg extension my left leg (knee down) cracked and I decided that maybe I shouldn't do anything else and let it rest.
Frukost: 2.5 dl yoghurt med 1.5 dl müsli och 10 g russin samt en kopp te med mjölk (368 kcal)
Lunch: 2 skivor morotsbröd med 2 stycken stekta ägg (424 kcal)
Middag: Kyckling stekt i currypasta med linguine, 1 bit måltidsknäcke och gurka (429 kcal)
Övrigt: 1 skiva morotsbröd med smör, och 1 bit måltidsknäcke (157.5 kcal)
Totalt antal kcal: 1378.5
