Well Hello. It's been awhile. This blog has really been killed off with my move to the UK, however I went on to the scales this morning before I took a shower. And it showed 109.8. That's 15kg less than my last post. I'm very excited. Cause I haven't been eating really healthily, just avoided obvious bad stuff, and also I walk wherever I need to go. That seems to be doing the trick. Bye for now

Weigh in today. I'm hoping it will be better than last week. If it isn't I don't know what to do. Oh well. Here are my new results:

Weight: 124.8 kg (-1 kg)
Waist: 110 cm (-4 cm)
Right thigh: 63 cm (-4 cm)
Left thigh: 64 cm (-3 cm)
Right arm: 39 cm (-1 cm)
Left arm: 38 cm
Hips: 137 cm (-3 cm)
Chest: 125 cm (-1 cm)

I got results wohoo. Can't wait for the 1 month weigh in. But I should really get my fat % measured. But that feels scary. What am I supposed to do, go up to the reception counter at the gym and say, hey could you help me measure my fat percentage please. Yeah, I don't think so.

Gym again today. It got really late. So late that our shoes got locked in (no fun, ever tried driving barefeet?) Anyway. Today's routine as follows:

Crosstrainer: 10 minutes, 4.1 km
Vertical row: 3*12 / 25 kg
Chest press: 3*12 / 20 kg
Lateral raise 3*12 / 14 kg
Triceps press 3*12 / 27 kg

And that was all. Would have done a couple more things but the gym closed at ten so didn't have time. I'm supposed to go to the gym with My tomorrow. But I think I might not. I think I have plans with my mum, and also, one should have a rest day. I'll see tomorrow though.

I know, I know. It's been way to long since I posted and thus went to the gym. But I'm making amends now. I have been to the gym today dispite the fact that my gympartner My decided that she was to tired (which I completely understand) I'm very proud that I managed to go anyways. Go me. So as always here is my Excercise regime for today and also, my food intake and calories, (they aren't perfectly calculated though, and I might have something more later on):

Crosstrainer: Weightloss programme 20 minutes, 8.7 km
Hip abduction: 3* 12 / 32 kg
Hip adduction: 3*12 / 32 kg
Leg Press: 3*12 / 82 kg
Leg extensions: 3*12 / 32 kg
I was also supposed to do standing calf and a few minutes cool down on the treadmill, however when I did my very last leg extension my left leg (knee down) cracked and I decided that maybe I shouldn't do anything else and let it rest.

Frukost: 2.5 dl yoghurt med 1.5 dl müsli och 10 g russin samt en kopp te med mjölk (368 kcal)
Lunch: 2 skivor morotsbröd med 2 stycken stekta ägg (424 kcal)
Middag: Kyckling stekt i currypasta med linguine, 1 bit måltidsknäcke och gurka (429 kcal)
Övrigt: 1 skiva morotsbröd med smör, och 1 bit måltidsknäcke (157.5 kcal)
Totalt antal kcal: 1378.5

Okay. Today is Weight and Measurements day. Wohoo I'm so excited (If you can't see the sarcasm I'm recomending a visit to the opticians office) Anyway, here are my measurements:

Weight: 125.8 kg
Waist: 112 cm / 105 cm
Right thigh: 65.5 cm
Left thigh: 65.5 cm
Right arm: 41 cm
Left arm: 37 cm
Hips: 139 cm
Chest: 125 cm

So basically everything but the weight has changed. Do I'm suspicious against the measurements of my right arm, I mean it's quite a sizeable differens from my left arm. But I measured several times so. Okay. Here are My's measurements from yesterday as she and I are not working out today we did hers yesterday:

Weight:53 kg
Waist: 62 cm
Thigh: 58 cm
Hips: 79 cm
Butt: 88 cm

Chest: 83 cm
Upper arm: 27 cm
Wrist: 14.5 cm
Ring finger: 5 cm

Only Fools would believe in such stupidity

Okay today was the last joint training session I had with My this week as she is going away. I'm hoping that I can motivate myself to go without her atleast once more this week. Keep your fingers crossed. Anyway, this is my training that I did today:

Crosstrainer: Weightloss programme 20 minutes, 8.3 km.
Hip adduction: 12*3 / 32 kg
Hip abduction: 12*3 / 32 kg
Standing Calf: 12*3 / 10 kg
Vertical row: 12* 3 / 25 kg
Lep press: 12 / 91 kg (I know I did this one yesterday, I just felt like trying to see if I could to 91)
Free Weight: 12*3 / 4 kg (in each hand = total 8 kg)
Leg extensions: 12*3 / 36 kg
Treadmill: 5 minutes cool down
Stretch

I also walked the dog for like 20 minutes this evening as I ate way to much food for dinner.

Today was training day again. I was mostly alone since My was going to an AfroPower dance class, which is definitely not my thing. I don't care how many times people tell me that dancing is fun, it is not for me. Only two days till weigh in. I'm hoping to have atleast lost 1 kilo. But considering my crappy eating habits I doubt it. So note-to-self: start eating better. Okay enough ranting, here is todays excercise. Alot of focus on cardio as you will see:

Treadmill: 31 minutes, 2.5km, 121 kcal
Crosstrainer:weightloss programme 20 minutes, 8.1km, 124 kcal
Lateral raise: 12 / 8 kg, 2*12 / 14 kg
Triceps press: 12 / 36 kg, 2*12 / 27 kg
Chest press: 3*12 / 20 kg
Leg press: 2*12 / 82 kg, 12 / 86 kg
Crosstrainer: 5 minutes, 2.0 km

That was it for today doing another session tomorrow with My and then I'm probably going to go once without her this week as she is going away.

Another day at the gym. Day two infact, and today was cardio day. We also only spent an hour at the gym, I think the effective time was about 45 - 50 minutes. So here are the routines, that I did. My did a bit differently ie. she did more than me.
Crosstrainer 20 minutes, 6.5 km
Treadmil 20 minutes,
Step machine 3 minutes

So today was my first workout at the gym. It felt so good afterwards. Now of course I feel completely dead. And rightfully so. I am posting all the things I did. And also the measurements of my gym partner My, as specified by her. So here is my workout:

Triceps Extensions 10 / 14 kg
Hip abduction 12*3 / 27 kg

Today I'm going to the gym. I'm stealing money from my DEpeche Mode jar. Sad but it has to be done. I will not be the fat girl for the rest of my life. So I'm picking my friend up at four and we are off to buy or three month cards and do our first workout. So I have thus taken my measurements believing the worst thinking I'd surely put on like 10 kg. So here are the new measurements:

Weight: 125.8 kg
Waist: 114 cm
Right thigh: 67 cm
Left thigh: 67 cm
Right arm: 38 cm
Left arm: 38 cm
Hips: 140 cm
Chest: 126/127 cm

So basically I weigh less! And all of my measurements are less except my waist, which is larger and my chest which is the same. Happy about the weight though. I'm gessing it's from when I had a job, not being able to snack all the time, walking to get there and such.
Will post back later today or tomorrow with the workout.

I think failure is something that keeps on following me. I'm actually going to turn this back into the original format/use. My lovely friend has agreed to start gyming with me at a gym that is local to me (not to her poor sod). And as soon as her cold is over and done with we are buying our three month passes. And yes three month passes might seem a bit stupid, however, I am most probably moving to England for University in the fall and it seems incredibly stupid to have a gym card in Sweden then. I have no desire to publish stats tonight as I have been eating crap, and drinking crap so I'll start tomorrow morning. I am also going to allow some people to read this. Mainly my gym partner and my former gym partner. Don't know why though. Maybe I feel as if it will help move things along. If all else fails I'll just start a tsr blog.

As I myself can see. I failed with the blog and the eating+excersising thing. I got sick after my last blog entry, my sister got a job thus failed me as my gympartner (and trust me, I needed one). However, I got a job that started on the first of December which I stayed at until about a month ago when our job was done. Having a job made me eat regularly for the first time in my life, and I almost always had vegetables with me for lunch. Now to the sad news. This blog is being converted into something else. I am trying out this new thing to see if it might help me write more and better. I'll see. Maybe
